Yes, Emma is the last 13-year-old on Planet Earth to acquire a cellphone. A cellphone that is, by the way, a lot nicer than mine. There's something wrong with that.
Or move to a hilly area like my husband's hometown in Ohio, or some of places we've vacationed in NC. A cellphone is useless when there's no reception.

Hah! I myself am wondering how I'll handle cellphones and any kids I have. Perhaps it would just be easier to move into an Amish community!
